How fast do you respond to inquiries?
Within 48 hours during business days. Same-day response for urgent quote requests during GCC business hours (Sunday–Thursday).
Do you provide samples?
Yes. Pre-shipment samples are arranged via SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek for confirmed-volume buyers. Sample fees are credited against the first order.
Which markets do you serve?
GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain), MENA (Jordan, Egypt), and South/Central Asia (India, Pakistan, Turkey, Kazakhstan).
Do you offer Arabic-language sales support?

What banking arrangements do you support?
Letter of Credit at sight (LC), Documents against Payment (D/P), and Documents against Acceptance (D/A) for established buyers. We work with Standard Chartered, HSBC, ENBD, FAB, and major GCC banks.

How do you ensure shipment quality?
Every shipment is inspected by SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek at the loading port. Certificate of Analysis, Certificate of Origin, and (when applicable) Phytosanitary Certificate ship with the documents. Cargo insurance is arranged for CIF terms; available for FOB/CFR on request.
